Currently under construction , the Tulloch way Development consists of  two unit Offices

and Warehouses . Constructed in concrete tilt up it has a total of 1500 sq m of floor space.

The Project was custom designed to suit the clients requirements, and involvement was a full service

from Feasibility to Construction Documents, lodgement of all Planning and Building Permit /

Certification Documents, and procurement and liaison with all consultants.

Project completion expected by the end of 2017.
