 +  To provide a dwelling that provides active use to passive spaces;

utilising the passive to become dynamic and relatable.

a warming sun ray in winter, shelter and control over the harsh

summer sun ; a cooling soft breeze in summer and to be a cozy

and secure refuge in times of tempest.

To provide a dwelling that offers comfort, ambience and purpose.

A place that will permit variety and adaptability.

To enable direct and passive interaction with nature and green

spaces.

To provide a dwelling that embraces the challenges of

sustainibility and performance; utilising a material pallet that is

modern and responsive to these needs whilst also striving to

demonstrate the warmth and familiarity that a family can

resonate and thrive in.
